The study of the city water bodies, constituting the main recreational areas for the citizens, included an analysis of species diversity, quantitative indicators and conditions of zooplankton formation. Systematic observations on a number of reservoirs in different areas of the city allowed us to assess their ecological condition and significantly expand the information on the taxonomic diversity of the community.
