The new data on the locations of rare, endangered and protected species of vascular plants and lichens included to the Red Book of Kamchatsky Krai being found in Olyutorstky district of Koryak Region are presented. The characteristics of rare plant communities formed by rare species is given. The environmental value of rare communities was estimated with the scale elaborated by V. B. Martynenko et al.
